MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Harvard women’s tennis (5-5) cruised past Southeast Missouri State, 7-0, in Tennessee this afternoon. 

The Crimson’s dominance started early with doubles wins on courts one and three.  Natalie Block and Natasha Rajaram secured the first win of the day, winning 6-2 at the No. 3 spot. The No. 45 nationally ranked doubles team of Stephanie Yakoff and Kavya Karra then secured the point with a 6-1 win at the top spot.

Harvard then cruised to the sweep by winning in straight sets at each court.  Karra dropped the least number of games of any Crimson player with a 6-0, 6-1 win on court two.  Yakoff followed closely behind, only falling in two games on the top court. 

Kate Kim registered the clinching point with a 6-4, 6-0 win at court six over Yontha Tadoum (SEMO).

The Crimson tallied three more wins courtesy of Rajaram, Claire Shao, and Anna-Raphaëlle Serghi who each dropped just six games in their matches.
