Coronation Street has been embarking on a dark storyline these last few months, as viewers have seen teenager Will Driscoll being groomed by his sports coach, Megan Walsh, who is spinning a web of lies to keep people from learning her secret.
Recently, Sam Blakeman discovered that something was amiss, but Megan has been bullying him into keeping silent.

With Megan’s secret exposed, Ben Driscoll and Eva Price are desperate to protect Will from predatory Megan.
However, it’s a race against time, and Megan is a master manipulator. Can they gather enough evidence to cut through all of her lies and rescue Will before it’s too late?

What’s happening to Will has parallels to what happened to Tim Metcalfe decades before, something the soap briefly brought up when his abuser Trisha Marlow appeared in the Street last year.
