EastEnders spoilers follow for Tuesday’s episode (10 March), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders has made a huge change to Ravi Gulati’s terrifying story, as he finally admits to Mark Fowler that he is the secret police informant in the drugs gang. With the truth out in the open, the two men have the ultimate showdown in the woods, leading to a devastating conclusion.
Mark has recently grown suspicious of Ravi, desperately searching for the grass in the gang in fear of violent consequences for his sister Vicki. While Priya managed to throw him off the scent, Ravi decided that he had to sort out his own mess – and in a fragile mental state, he unexpectedly drove off with confused Mark.

Ravi drove Mark to Walford Common in today’s episode, then led him further into the woods. He confessed to Mark that he was right all along and he was the informant that he was looking for.
Mark didn’t believe Ravi and accused him of wearing a wire, but Ravi confessed to killing Nish and attacking Nugget – proof that he wasn’t recording the conversation.
Ravi goaded Mark into carrying out the killing he had been tasked with, and though Mark was reluctant, he punched him when Ravi brought up Vicki.
Meanwhile, Priya was terrified about where Ravi and Mark had gone, so she confronted Vicki and Ross and filled them in on the situation with Mark’s involvement in the gang and Ravi working with the police.
Vicki was stunned by these revelations about her brother, so she stormed over to Phil’s house to get answers. Phil confirmed what Priya had told her and was shocked to find out that Ravi was the grass.

Avani was tracking Ravi’s phone, so Priya soon found out that they were in Walford Common. Priya, Vicki and Ross headed to the woods to find Mark and badly beaten Ravi – and Phil arrived to intervene before Mark could deliver a fatal blow.
Phil controlled the situation and Vicki calmed her brother down, and they left Priya to look after injured Ravi, who was convinced that he had “won”.
Back in the Square, Vicki raged at Mark for his reckless actions and urged him not to tell the gang that Ravi is the informant.
