If you’ve been missing the Luna-cy that Lisa Yamada brought to The Bold and the Beautiful, you will want to tune in to the March 10 episode of Will Trent (streaming as of March 11 on Hulu): The Emmy winner guest-stars as a college co-ed who is questioned as part of an investigation into the deaths of a frat boy and his friend.
The appearance marks Yamada’s first on screen since she confirmed her Bold & Beautiful exit. You’ll recall that soon afterwards, executive producer/headwriter Bradley Bell insisted that Luna was dead and going to stay that way! “We all saw it,” he told TV Insider.
Except that, technically, we didn’t see it. None of us did. We witnessed the character run into the street, where she froze like a deer in headlights. But we didn’t actually eyeball Dylan hitting her onetime abductor with her car. So sorry, we’re not buying that Luna is gone for good!
You can get a first look at Yamada in the “You’re Only as Sick as Your Secrets” episode of Will Trent in the photo below.

The actress has been quite the hot commodity since putting Bold & Beautiful in rearview. Not only does she recur in Prime Video’s Legally Blonde prequel Elle, but she also celebrated the release of I Wish You All the Best, in which a high-school student (played by Conan Gray music-video lead Corey Fogelmanis) comes out as nonbinary.
