Women’s Basketball Big West Schedule



HONOLULU — The University of Hawai’i women’s basketball team’s 20-game slate in its farewell season in the Big West was unveiled on Friday with the announcement of the 2025-26 conference schedule.
 
The Rainbow Wahine, led by 14th-year head coach Laura Beeman, have won the last two Big West regular-season titles and will open their final run in the conference on the road with games at UC Davis on Dec. 4 and Cal State Fullerton on Dec. 6 as part of the Big West’s “Bold Week.”
 
After concluding the non-conference schedule later in December, the ‘Bows ring in 2026 with a Big West homestand against UC Riverside on New Year’s Day and UC San Diego on Jan. 3 at SimpliFi Arena at Stan Sheriff Center.
 
The ‘Bows cap the month by hosting the always festive “Beeman’s Big Bash” on Jan. 31 against Long Beach State and will have two more homestands in February. They’lll celebrate Senior Night on Feb. 28 with the home finale against Cal State Fullerton.
 
They’ll close the regular season with a road trip to UC Riverside (March 5) and Long Beach State (March 7) leading into the Big West Championship set for March 11-15 at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson, Nev.  
 
The ‘Bows went 22-10 overall and 16-4 in Big West play last season to capture the conference’s regular-season championship for the third time in four years and earned a second straight berth in the Women’s Basketball Invitation Tournament. They return their seven players led by senior Imani Perez and sophomore Ritorya Tamilo and welcome eight newcomers to the program.
 
UH’s non-conference schedule will be announced at a later date.
