Jake Paul addresses the MMA possibility when discussing the Francis Ngannou fight

Speaking in comments reported by TMZ, Paul explained that while he does plan to enter MMA at some stage, his immediate focus remains on boxing.

“I’ll do MMA at some point, but my first fight would probably have to be against someone of my own weight, but I think I made it clear in the sport of boxing that I’m down to fight anyone,” Paul said.

Paul has repeatedly hinted that a move into mixed martial arts could happen in the future, especially after signing with the Professional Fighters League.

However, for now, the YouTuber-turned-fighter appears to be prioritizing big boxing events as he continues building his career in the ring.
