Two massive former UFC stars are making their Netflix MMA debuts during the historic Ronda Rousey, Gina Carano fight in May.
Netflix is diving into the MMA world after putting together several high-profile boxing events in recent years. The streaming network’s relationship with Jake Paul has put Netflix into a position to debut an impressive MMA fight card.

In May, Ronda Rousey will take on Gina Carano in a historic Netflix MMA bout. However, two more major fights have been added with UFC legends Nate Diaz and Francis Ngannou involved.

The first-ever MMA card will debut on Netflix this May with Ngannou taking on Philipe Lins. Meanwhile, Diaz is scheduled to return to the ring against Mike Perry.
Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions will be handling the logistics of the event after their huge triumphs in boxing. The social media star has fought against huge names in recent bouts, including Anthony Joshua, Mike Tyson and more.
However, Paul now has an opportunity to make a dent in the MMA realm as well. UFC is preparing for its huge White House event in June, but the Netflix MMA showcase gives Paul and Co. their first opportunity in the space.

The viral internet sensation even called on Jon Jones to make his way over to Netflix if he wants to return to fighting. Many UFC fans have been stunned by the former champion’s exclusion from the White House card.
