PwC is winning work by deploying custom AI agents to slash delivery times, showing the future belongs to consulting firms with fewer, more experienced staff – and their robot helpers.
In one case, the firm modernised a client’s application system in three months with six PwC advisers, including three managing 18 AI agents. Previously, this required at least 40 developers, said advisory leader Rohit Antao.
