ChatGPT has done wonders for my morning productivity habits. As a writer, it helped me lock in on figuring out what I wanted to do, block out distractions, and focus on creating a wealth of content that improved as the AM hours wound down.

After taking notice of how much my morning work sessions led to me getting more work done, I wondered if ChatGPT could do the same for my afternoon with a comparable productivity routine. To say that I needed a winning game plan for the dreaded “afternoon slump” a lot of professionals fall into is an understatement — it’s easy to fall victim to lack of motivation as the sun starts to fade.
