HEADING NORTH

The Dragons make the trip to the Gold Coast for the first time in over two years to face the Titans.

Southeast Queensland has proven a happy hunting ground for the Red V over the years.

The Dragons have notched 10 wins from 16 matchups against the Titans north of the border since 2007.

The Dragons have also won five of their past six total matches against the Titans whilst captain Clint Gutherson has scored five tries in his last five games against the Gold Coast.

DOWN THE COUCHMANS

The Dragons were dealt a double blow over the weekend with Toby and Ryan Couchman both ruled out of this weekend’s fixture.

Toby suffered a head knock a little over a half-hour into Saturday’s encounter which will see him unavailable for Round 4.

Ryan meanwhile was hit with a ban for four games after he was referred directly to the judiciary on a dangerous contact charge.

TEAM NEWS
DRAGONS

The Dragons will be without Toby (head knock) and Ryan Couchman (suspension).
Blake Lawrie pushes into the front row with Jacob Halangahu and Loko Pasifiki Tonga coming onto the interchange for their first taste of NRL for 2026.
Hame Sele has also been named on the interchange with Josh Kerr in the No.18 jersey.
Recently re-signed centre Hayden Buchanan has been named in the extended squad for the first time this season alongside Ryan Hutchinson – an Ormeau Shearers junior who was a part of St George’s 2024 SG Ball premiership team and has developed into a key member of the club’s Knock-On Effect NSW Cup unit.

TITANS

There are no changes to the Titans side which went down to the Cowboys in Round 3.
