SEATTLE – Washington men’s golf hits the road for the penultimate tournament of the regular season spring schedule at The Goodwin beginning on Thursday and running through Saturday.
Tee times at Stanford Golf Course begin at 7 a.m. PT on Thursday. Teams will play 18 holes each day on the par 70 course registering 6,742 yards.
Joining the Huskies in the field are Arkansas-Little Rock, Boise State, No. 24 BYU, Cal, Cal Poly, Cincinnati, Colorado, Colorado State, Eastern Michigan, No. 18 Georgia Tech, Grand Canyon, Hawaii-Hilo, Howard, Long Beach State, Nevada, No. 21 New Mexico, Northwestern, Oregon, Pacific, San Diego State, San Jose State, Santa Clara, SMU, No. 23 Stanford, TCU, UCLA, UC Davis, Utah and Washington State.
Washington will be paired with TCU, Northwestern and Colorado off hole 10 beginning at 1:05 p.m. PT.
In the four tournaments of the spring, Washington has posted an average score of 286.6 each round. Finn Koelle, Jacob Goode and Jack Murphy are the three Huskies that have played in each tournament this season. Koelle and Goode are leading the team with scoring averages of 72.7 and 72.8, respectively. Freshman Emil Herstad is averaging 71.4 in his nine rounds this spring.
