Leading this year’s nominations is Taylor Swift with nine nods, and yes — Swift is confirmed to make a special in-person appearance at the Dolby Theatre, marking her first awards show appearance of 2026. The question on everyone’s lips was whether she would also perform, but it was confirmed that she would simply be attending the awards show this year and won’t be taking centre stage. As for how she’ll fare in the awards ceremony itself, well, fans are already buzzing with speculation, particularly given that this is the ceremony’s 13th edition — Taylor’s lucky number. (Surely that bodes well for her prospects?) Close behind Swift in nominations are Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter, and Alex Warren with eight each.
On the performance front, Alex Warren, Kehlani, Lainey Wilson, Ludacris, and RAYE are all set to take the stage — plus TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and En Vogue performing together for the first time.
As for special honours, Miley Cyrus will be recognised with the iHeartRadio Innovator Award, celebrating her journey from Hannah Montana to global icon. Ludacris will receive the iHeartRadio Landmark Award, and Alex Warren will take home the Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award. John Mellencamp will be honoured with the iHeartRadio Icon Award, joining past recipients including Mariah Carey, Cher, Pink, and Elton John.
