Podcasting duo Luke and Sassy Scott have teamed up with new fashion creator platform DRIPPA to launch a limited-edition streetwear collection, with all profits going directly to the Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Good Friday Appeal.

And it’s already fired up the sibling rivalry between Scott O’Halloran and his brother Luke – who are Good Friday Appeal Ambassadors.

“Yes, it’s turned into a competition (obviously),” says Scott.

And the merch holds extra special meaning, as the designs come from past and current young RCH patients.

The social media sensations have teamed up with five little artists, to feature their drawings, which are inspired by their favourite things at the hospital – from meerkats to therapy dogs.

They include Oliver, whose whole world changed when he was diagnosed with a heart condition. He knows the cardiac clinic very well, and his drawing illustrates the special moment when his cardiologist fixes his heart.

Fellow cardiac patient Bella drew the RCH garden, where she enjoyed spending time during her hospital stay.

While Alissa, who spent time on the hospital’s Kookaburra Ward, created three pieces for the streetwear collection, featuring germ characters, a butterfly and a kookaburra.

Luke and Scott have also unveiled their own personally designed hoodies, each a unique take on the iconic Good Friday Appeal mascot, Welbie.

To even get these into production, Scott says the brothers each need to sell 50 hoodies.

“If you’ve ever enjoyed our content, supported what we do, or just want to back something genuinely good … I’d love you to buy one hoodie. 100% of profits go directly to the GFA!”

“It’s grassroots, it’s for a cause that matters”

“And I’d quite like to beat Luke while we’re at it.”

Funds raised from the collaboration will support Art Therapy at the RCH. More info here.
