Reports indicate that the Bills hosted KC Concepcion on Friday. Although he played at Texas A&M, he fits the profile of a “local” visit.
Concepcion grew up in nearby Rochester, New York, and said during his NFL Combine media session that he watched the Bills growing up.
Drafting Concepcion could be a home run for Buffalo. Not only do evaluators view him as a top-15 talent, but he also brings local ties.

He is an explosive receiver who excels in acceleration, separation, and yards after the catch. He also contributes as an outstanding return specialist on special teams.

Paired with Moore, Concepcion could give Josh Allen his best wide receiver duo since his time with Diggs and Gabe Davis—a pairing that nearly carried Buffalo to the Super Bowl.

Concepcion began his college career at NC State in 2023, recording 124 receptions for 1,299 yards and 16 touchdowns over two seasons.
His consistent production made him a highly sought-after transfer portal target when he decided to leave NC State. He ultimately transferred to Texas A&M.

In his lone season with the Aggies, he recorded 61 receptions for 919 yards and nine touchdowns. He also broke out as a returner.

Concepcion returned 25 punts for 456 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 18.2 yards per return. His impact as both a receiver and returner earned him All-American honors.
