Sony has unveiled a new flagship gaming monitor aimed at the esports elite, headlined by an eye-catching 720Hz refresh rate – one of the fastest ever announced.
The Sony Inzone M10S II builds on the company’s previous OLED gaming display, introducing a dual-mode panel that lets users switch between performance and visual fidelity.
In standard mode, the 24.5-inch monitor runs at a crisp 1440p resolution with a 540Hz refresh rate. For competitive play, users can drop the resolution to 720p to unlock a blistering 720Hz.
The panel is based on LG Display’s latest fourth-generation Tandem WOLED technology, delivering improved brightness and contrast over earlier OLEDs. Sony is also leaning heavily into motion clarity, with a new motion blur reduction system that uses black frame insertion while maintaining a rapid 0.02ms response time.

The feature set reflects feedback from pro gamers, with a redesigned stand offering a smaller footprint and wider tilt range, plus a new “super anti-glare” coating to reduce reflections in bright environments. Connectivity includes DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1, alongside support for Nvidia G-Sync.
However, performance comes at a price. The Inzone M10S II is set to retail for around US$1,100 (roughly A$1,700), meanwhile competing OLED gaming monitors begin to drop in price.

Alongside the monitor, Sony announced the Inzone H6 Air gaming headset, a lightweight open-back design inspired by its MDR-MV1 studio headphones.
Weighing just 199 grams, the wired headset targets comfort for long sessions and includes a dedicated RPG audio profile for enhanced environmental detail.
Some features, including virtual 7.1 surround sound, require Sony’s USB-C audio interface.

Rounding out the lineup is a new “Glass Purple” variant of Sony’s Inzone wireless earbuds, alongside Fnatic-branded gaming peripherals.
The headset and accessories are available now, while the M10S II monitor is expected to launch later in 2026.
