A popular TV presenter has been drafted by KIIS FM to help fill the massive void left by Kyle and Jackie O.
Georgie Tunny, best known as a regular co-host of The Project, will join the replacement KIIS FM breakfast show for a week-long guest stint.
From Monday, Tunny will be heard alongside Mike E, Brooklyn Ross and Pete Deppeler (Intern Pete) who have been filling in on the Sydney/Melbourne breakfast show since mid-March.
Tunny is already part of the ARN stable. She currently co-hosts the Two Good Sports podcast and serves as a key face for the iHeart Women’s Sports Network.

Is this a sign of things to come?
While Tunny is only joining the KIIS FM breakfast show for a week, industry insiders are speculating ARN bosses could be auditioning her for a full-time role in the future.
It’s expected that once the legal drama with Kyle and Jackie O is over, ARN will assemble a new breakfast show for both KIIS FM Melbourne and KIIS FM Sydney.
Other names in the mix
Since Kyle and Jackie O were both terminated by ARN, several big name personalities have been floated as possible breakfast replacements.
At the top of the list is Sophie Monk who has reportedly been approached by ARN on multiple occasions.
However a source told news.com.au recently that the Love Island host “has shut them down and has no interest” in the high profile gig.
Other names that have been floated include Karl Stefanovic, Carrie Bickmore, and podcasters Toni Lodge and Ryan Jon.
Georgie Tunny can be heard from 7-9am on KIIS 1065 and KIIS 1011, or via the iHeart app, from Monday April 20 – Friday April 24
