Familiar faces from Perth’s creative community celebrated a curated collection of Mud Australia’s tableware that is popping up inside fashion label Jac + Jack’s Claremont store for a limited time.
The two luxury brands have come together for a two-week residency until Mother’s Day on May 10, with Jac + Jack also taking residence inside Mud Australia’s James Street store in Brisbane.
Mud Australia’s pop-up in Perth gives an opportunity for local homewares lovers to explore the brand’s porcelain creations which consist of minimalist aesthetic cups, bowls, plates and vases and come in 19 shades.
The company was founded by designer Shelley Simpson in 1994 and the products are made in Sydney using porcelain clay from France.
Also available throughout the residency is a collaboration between the two brands called The Atticus Collection which comes in a new earthy colour.
Mud Australia’s first store opened in Woollahra in 2007 and now there are 13 stores around the globe including in Brooklyn and London.
