Hayden Young take a bow. That is a moment of magic, a worthy contender for goal of the year.
The Dockers star nailed a 35m left-foot banana from the boundary line after barely keeping the ball in play.
He won the ball by flipping it over the top of Bulldog opponent Bailey Williams and turning him inside out.
Young has stepped up in this second half with three brilliant goals, thwarting the first-half dominance of Marcus Bontempelli.
“This bloke has elevated himself and he has taken the rest of the Fremantle footy club with him,” Garry Lyon said on Fox Footy.
“This is goal of the year. That is as audacious as you are likely to see.”
