The visiting side has called upon second-year defender Bodie Ryan to make his debut out west, alongside Sam Butler and Max Ramsden as the Hawks’ three inclusions for Thursday night.
The latter will play his first match at senior level since Round 17 last year, while Butler returns after being managed in Round 7 and playing VFL last weekend. Captain James Sicily was declared fit earlier this week, despite questions over an ankle injury he sustained during last Thursday night’s draw against Collingwood.
As for the opposing Dockers, Judd McVee returns from illness with Jeremy Sharp the unlucky omission to make way.
The remainder of the league’s full teams with be announced on Thursday evening at 6;20pm AEST, before sides for the Sunday matches are trimmed on Friday afternoon.
