Rytas Vilnius claimed the 2025-26 Basketball Champions League title with a 92-86 victory over AEK Athens. Despite trailing by 20 points in the third quarter, Rytas surged back led by Simonas Lukosius’s 23 points. James Nunnally paced AEK with 23 points in the heartbreaking loss.

2025-26 Basketball Champions League season comes to an end.

Rytas Vilnius secured themselves a new piece of silverware after beating AEK Athens in the Final Match 92-86 [15-25; 10-17; 20-21; 35-17; 12-6].

AEK was up by as much as 20 points in the third quarter, but failed to keep the lead and ultimately lost the Final game.

Simonas Lukosius was Rytas’ top scorer with 23 points, followed up by 16 of Jerrick Harding , and notable performances of Speedy Smith (11 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists) and Kay Brunhke (10 points, 12 rebounds).

James Nunnally held its own for AEK with 23 points . BCL MVP Frank Bartley dropped 20, with KeyShawn Feazell scoring 15 along with 9.
