Termination of a director appointment (Companies House – PDF)
An official filing by Red Bull Racing to declare that Christian Horner was terminated as a director of the organisation as of Wednesday.
Circuitvoorzitter Spa-Francorchamps: ‘De F1 is nog niet van ons af’ (Formule 1 – Dutch)
‘For us it was important to be certain of having a race up to and including 2027. And also afterwards, in 2029 and 2031. And therefore not in 2028 and 2030. At least, it could be that we won’t have a race in those years. But it could also be that we will – although I won’t put a percentage on that.’
‘Las Vegas Grand Prix said it has reached a settlement with three businesses who claimed they suffered financial losses due to the annual Formula 1 race in Southern Nevada. Race officials said Tuesday that they have resolved their issues with the just off-Strip Battista’s Hole in the Wall restaurant and Stage Door Casino, who share the same owners, and Jay’s Market convenience store.’
‘A $5.5 million (£4.0m) class action settlement is set to resolve litigation against Formula One Digital Media over its alleged sharing of users’ personally identifiable information and video viewing history with unrelated third parties. The Formula 1 class action settlement received preliminary court approval on June 25, 2025 and covers anyone in the U.S. who had a Formula 1 account and watched a pre-recorded video on Formula1.com, F1.TV.Formula1.com or any Formula 1 app between May 1, 2022 and June 24, 2025.’
A love for family, MotoGP, and maths: Behind the Visor with Arvid Lindblad (F2)
”I have always liked numbers and problem solving and that kind of thing, so maths was my kind of thing, so I am studying maths and chemistry. I hate all sorts of written subjects, like English, I was not having fun during my GCSE. The system has changed a bit now, it’s nine to one and I got nines in everything, and seven in English. So, I’m not sure what that is, maybe an A or a B, so I did okay.”
End of an Era: Robin Frijns leaves Envision Racing (Envision)
Sylvain Filippi: ”Throughout Robin’s six seasons with Envision Racing, he has delivered excellent results and cracking drives, and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with such a talented driver. His two victories and numerous podiums stand-out, but also his raw speed and ability to deliver a lap when it mattered. He’s been a fierce competitor and a valued part of our team. Formula E is an ever-evolving championship, and for us, the time has come for an exciting new change. We look forward to announcing our Season 12 line-up shortly.”
