Following his romance and split with Minogue, the rocker dated model Helena Christensen and went on to date late presenter Paula Yates.

Minogue has also had some high-profile romances in her time, and has dated the likes of Olivier Martinez and Jason Donovan.

“He was the first in so many ways. And of those firsts was heartbreak. I was devastated,” Minogue said of Hutchence in her Netflix documentary.

“You go on and live your lives, but it was definitely an amazing point in time and I’ve probably been looking for something like that ever since and I haven’t got it.”

She added that despite his death, she still feels him around her.

“This is going to sound totally crazy, but I felt him going, ‘It will be OK,’” she said in the docuseries about his funeral all those years ago.

“I always feel he is with me, which is kind of crazy.”
