Liverpool have agreed a deal with Joshua Abe for the academy starlet to commit his future to the club, reports Ian Doyle.
Abe, 15, enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Reds’ Under-18s and has agreed to become a first-year scholar with the club.
The teenager will then be expected to sign a professional contract when he turns 17 in July next year, with Liverpool fending off interest from the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.
