French Open prize money breakdown: How much will the winners get from 2026 purse?

Each year, the tennis world comes to a head at the Stade Roland-Garros at the 2026 French Open. 

Competitors will earn payouts depending on which round they play until at the French Open. This year, many of the payouts and the overall purse have risen since last year’s purse.

This year’s overall purse has risen 9.53% compared to the 2025 total, and the winners of the men’s and women’s singles tournaments will take home 9.8% more than the previous year’s champions

This year, the purse that will be distributed among the tournament field’s best will be north of $71 million (61.723 million euros), according to the ATP Tour website.
