NEW South Wales racetrack Pheasant Wood Circuit is changing hands in an eight-figure transaction.
At the heart of the venue is a 1.6km layout licensed by Motorsport Australia.
Realestate.com.au has reported a sale price of “around $11 million”.
The identity of the buyer has not yet been made public, nor has their intentions for the facility.
What is known however is that the seller was Steve Shelley, who also owns One Raceway (formerly Wakefield Park).
Pheasant Wood Circuit is located in the town of Marulan, 30km east of Goulburn.
It opened in 2009, albeit in a reduced manner to how it now presents, originally under the banner of the Marulan Driver Training Centre before being acquired by Shelley in 2016.
