An underground solarium market in Melbourne appears to be booming, raising questions around the enforcement of a Victorian ban.
Solariums were banned for commercial use in 2015, following the death of Melbournian Claire Oliver.
Since then, Victoria has seized more than 40 tanning beds and successfully prosecuted 19 illegal operators.
Despite that many operations have now just moved underground.
