Cats superstar Bailey Smith will miss Thursday night’s clash at Optus Stadium with illness.
Smith has been replaced by Jack Bowes in the only change for Chris Scott’s side ahead of its bye next week.
Veteran defender Tom Stewart will miss a second-straight game with concussion and Gryan Miers has also not been named after being managed last week.
The ladder-leading Dockers regain Caleb Serong, Brennan Cox and Matt Johnson from injury.
The trio replace of Oscar McDonald, Corey Wagner and Jaeger O’Meara (all omitted) as Freo looks to continue its club record 12-game winning streak.
It means Justin Longmuir’s side will stick with Mason Cox in the back-up ruck role over Sean Darcy.
The rest of the Round 15 teams will be announced 6:20pm Thursday.
