Matthew Richardson has taken aim at the rule makers at the AFL, imploring changes to three major rules for the better of the game.
Richardson wants to see the bounce during open play, the sub rule, and the stand rule abolished in the coming years.
“I wouldn’t like being a sub, and if they keep the sub rule, you can’t be a debutante,” Richardson said on 3AW Football.

“I don’t mind if they get rid of the stand rule; it’s absolute nonsense.”
