A viral video emerged showing a stricken fan lying down, having appeared to have collapsed and lost concious.

He was surrounded by fellow Knicks fans attempting to bring him back around, and one succeeded.
But in a bizarre twist the unwell fan tried to kiss the woman who had saved him.
She was seen avoiding his attempts before telling him to lie back down and stay relaxed.
It was not the only strange scene to emerge from the streets of New York City as one section of the parade took an ugly turn as a fight between two fans turned into an X-rated scene.
The female supporters clashed as they both tried to commandeer a traffic light pole on the streets of the Big Apple.

Surrounded by thousands of fellow Knicks fans, they could be seen arguing over the viewing spot.
A woman wearing a Knicks jersey seemingly tried to block another from climbing down from her perch on the traffic lights – and the latter wasted no time retaliating.
She reached out to grab the fan by the collar and pulled her to the ground, taking her spot on the lights.
The supporter who lost her spot then reacted by punching her assailant.
When that did not have its desired effect the she then pulled the woman’s shorts down, exposing her bottom.
A volley of punches followed before the fan took it one step further by pulling on the woman’s underwear, almost tearing it off in view of nearby children.
But bizarrely the individual being attacked seemed unfussed, and instead responded by twerking.
Bystanders began cheering with one shouting “what the hell” as the woman in the jersey then began punching her opponent in the head.
Millions of Knicks fans packed the streets to celebrate their team winning the NBA Championship for the first time since 1973.
They beat the San Antonio Spurs 5-1 in the Finals and fans from across the city went to desperate lengths to catch a view of the trophy as it was paraded through Manhattan.
