Newly discovered gas in Queensland could flow to users including industrial manufacturers by the end of the year, according to the company that made what it says is one of the largest onshore gas discoveries in a decade.
The discovery was made in the Denison Trough, in the north-eastern section of the Bowen Basin, an area with at least half a century of gas production history.
