British star Katie Price has shared graphic photos of her recovery from a corrective lip lift surgery.
The 48-year-old former model travelled to Brussels for the procedure designed to fix past cosmetic work and posted an update over the weekend.
“I mean, who would want to be interested in this,” Price said in the brief clip shared on Facebook.
In it, her lips are puffy and tender-looking, with purple marks along her upper lip line and heavy bruising on either side of her mouth.
She points out her swollen cheeks before lifting her face for a better view of the line of stitches that stretch underneath her nose.
In an earlier video captioned, “Lip correction. Trust the process,” Price is seen sitting with her daughter Princess, whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre.
As Price makes fun of her ‘duck’ face, Princess shakes her head and says: “I don’t approve”.
She appears to be sticking by her mother’s side regardless however, as another post-surgery selfie of the pair is captioned: “Me & My Princess Ready For Filming”.
The corrective lip surgery is the latest in a series of procedures Price has undergone since she first began altering her appearance through plastic surgery in her early twenties.
While listing some of the procedures she’s had in a social media post last year, Price said she regretted touching the area under her nose and above her lip.
“I’ve had under here done,” she said, pointing to the area, “But I wouldn’t recommend anyone do that…”
Her list of procedures include multiple breast augmentations, a BBL, two rhinoplasties and a facelift she described as “disastrous”
She had previously told her followers that she would be awake throughout this latest corrective surgery.
Katie Price, who found fame as a topless page 3 model for the British tabloids, has long been a controversial figure.
She has been back in the headlines recently after marrying conman Lee Andrews who she wed two days after he proposed after knowning him for a week.
He then vanished, with the star unable to contact him for two weeks.
It emerged that he was being held in a Dubai prison. He claimed he had been arrested and detained on suspicion of espionage. He was released from prison and was posting about his ordeal on social media at the weekend.
