Jake Paul has dialled up the drama once again — literally — personally calling Aussie world champ Cherneka Johnson to surprise her with a brand-new Harley-Davidson — but there’s a catch.
“Sugar Neekz”, who is currently training for her showdown with Dina Thorslund on August 9, was left stunned when she received a call from Paul, who runs Most Valuable Promotions.
Paro v Crocker | Wednesday June 24 from 7pm AEST | Liam Paro gets his long awaited title shot against IBF welterweight champion, Lewis Crocker plus Nelson Asofa-Solomona vs George Burgess. | Order Now with Main Event on Kayo Sports.

The promotion has a new standing rule that if a fighter becomes the youngest undisputed champion in their country, then they get gifted a new car.
Johnson, who has unified the WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO bantamweight titles, fits the bill.
“You earned it,” said Paul on the now viral call.
“What car do you want?”
But Johnson had something else in mind.
“I’d be happy with a bike upgrade,” she said hopefully.
“A nice Harley Davidson – I think I’d look pretty good on that.”

Paul looked a little confused by the request but shrugged his shoulders and went along with it.
There was, however, one condition.
“We’ll get you a Harley, but you can’t ride it until after you fight Dina,” he said.
“We don’t want you getting injured.”
Johnson told Fox Sports Australia this week she had heard about the promotion’s new reward but assumed she’d missed out, having won her undisputed crown in 2025.
“I am extremely grateful for the gift from Jake and Nakisa,” she said.
“I wasn’t expecting the rule to be backdated.”
As for the bike itself, Johnson is already eyeing a custom job.
“I know the bike that I want just would like it customised to suit me,” she said.
“I’m going to have to wait for the reveal post fight when I’m allowed to ride it.
“I have a legacy fight to dominate in before enjoying the rewards of my hard work.”
Last week, Fox Sports Australia revealed that Australia’s unified middleweight world champion Desley Robinson will also be defending her crown on the same card.
The title fights will be shown live on Fox Sports and Kayo Sports at no extra cost to subscribers.
Johnson said her preparations for the clash with Thorslund are tracking perfectly.
“Fight prep couldn’t be any better,” she said.
“I’ve had a nice reset — a great learning block to level up my IQ, and now it’s about implementing everything I’ve learned into camp,” she said.
“I’m just excited to bring the best version of me to fight night, give the fight fans a hell of a fight, and bring my belts back home to Australia.”
The Aussie faces a huge test against Thorslund, the former unified champion who remains one of the division’s most dangerous fighters.
The Dane vacated her WBC and WBO titles in July 2025 after announcing her pregnancy, before returning to the ring in pursuit of reclaiming the throne she never lost — setting up a clash Johnson is determined to win.

“Those belts were hers — she was the division’s No.1 — so I really want that fight,” Johnson previously told Fox Sports.
“I want to own the division and prove those belts are mine.”
