Bec Judd has revealed what The Mick Fanning Charity Golf Day is really like, with the event attracting a host of stars every year.
Judd, 43, attended the event last Friday at the Coolangatta-Tweed Heads Golf Course with her Vain-ish podcast co-host Jess Roberts, and said it’s like the “Coachella for golf” and said “everyone does get a little bit loose”.

She spoke about the day, where iconic Aussie singer Shannon Noll, 50, performed, on her podcast, sharing how fun it is as the stars hit the golf course.
“Do you know what? It’s Coachella for golf,” she said to her co-host Roberts, with the pair also going to Coachella together earlier this year.
“There’s food, there’s drink, there’s entertainment, there’s competitions, there’s so much fun. Everyone does get a little bit loose,” she added.
“Someone did roll a buggy … not us!” she added with a laugh.
Roberts said the pair missed the hole on the course that was offering tattoos to guests.
“Well, I didn’t realise until after there was a tattoo hole and we missed that tattoo,” she said.
“I swear Mick made us miss that because he knew we’d be so unhinged and probably get a tattoo on our forehead. But I was devastated. I had no idea. And there was a snake!”
Bec said that the iconic Shannon Noll performs at the event quite regularly.
“Nollsy wraps up the night by singing ‘What About Me?’ It’s his tradition. It is the best,” she added.

Judd previously shared an Instagram post from the day, calling it the “Best day of the year.”
“Golf + Rave + BBQ,” she added in part.
Aussie surfing champion Mick Fanning, 45, previously made headlines when he punched a shark during an encounter in South Africa while surfing.
He made international headlines over the incident at the time.
He started The Mick Fanning Charity Golf Tournament in 2022 to raise funds for organisations helping the Northern NSW community after the floods.

“We created this scene, we were the first attendees of these festivals and our peers were the first deejays, promoters… the people creating these festivals,” Judd said on her Vain-Ish podcast.
“So when Gen Z are like ‘what are you doing here?’ It’s like mate, you wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for us,” she added.
