Channing Tatum has been spotted wearing a hilarious disguise at the FIFA World Cup, blending into a sea of Norwegian football fans while cheering on his “new stunt double”, Erling Haaland.

The 21 Jump Street star was seen during Norway’s clash against France at Boston Stadium, dressed head-to-toe in Norway colours, including Haaland’s No. 9 jersey.

By wearing a long blonde wig in a nod to the Manchester City striker’s signature look, the 46-year-old actor almost disappeared into the crowd, leaving fans doing a double-take.

Photos and video from the stands showed Tatum, singing, cheering and celebrating alongside fans just metres from the pitch.

Earlier this month, Tatum teamed up with Haaland for a major Nike campaign ahead of the World Cup, joking on Instagram that he’d “ripped the script” with his “new stunt double”.

The ad saw Tatum wearing the same wig and kit while parodying Haaland’s viral personality.

The Nike campaign drove home the message that the best football happens when players trust their instincts rather than following a script.

Haaland, one of the breakout stars of this year’s tournament, started the match on the bench after already scoring four goals across Norway’s opening two games.

While Norway had already secured its place in the knockout rounds, France dominated the match, winning 4-1.

French forward Ousmane Dembélé stole the show with a first-half hat-trick, while Kylian Mbappé played a key role in setting up the attack.

He wasn’t the only A-lister getting in on the World Cup action this week, with stars including Paris Hilton and Jessica Alba also spotted in the stands.

Tatum’s outing comes just months after the actor revealed he was recovering from surgery.

In February, Tatum shared a photo of himself in a hospital bed as he prepared to go under the knife for a “separated shoulder”.

“Just another day. Another challenge. This one is gonna be hard. But whatever. Let’s get it in,” the Magic Mike star captioned the black and white post.

In September last year, he told Variety he had injured himself while shooting Avengers: Doomsday, which is set for a December 2026 release.

“It’s not about the pain I feel in the moment,” Tatum said of the injury.

“It’s knowing I can’t take this back. And now I know what the next six months of my life will be like … I just hate getting old. In my mind, I’m literally still 30 years old – 26, if I’m honest.”
