The ZOE International Race Across America team has officially made it to Doddridge County, West Virginia. As of 5:31 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday, Randy Martin was on the bike and at route mile 2,639.6. The team was about 43 miles from its next waypoint in Grafton, West Virginia.
The team has raised $192,650 of its $250,000 goal for ZOE International, a nonprofit that raises awareness of child trafficking.
Martin and Brad Ortenzi still have a handful of states to go.
After their trip through West Virginia, they’ll travel briefly through Maryland and Pennsylvania before riding back into Maryland, hitting Delaware and then ultimately ending up in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Team ZOE International left Oceanside, California, at noon Pacific on June 20, and now a week later, has the finish line in sight.
Based on the live tracker, of the 44 teams entered, 15 did not finish, 19 have already crossed the finish line and 10 continue to race across the country.
