With an estimated cost of more than $2.8 billion, the concept plan for the golf club site includes five building blocks with overall heights of up to 70 metres or six storeys for a variety of potential uses, including warehouse or distribution centres, a data centre, food and drink premises, hotel or motel accommodation, serviced apartments, office premises and trade-related enterprises.
