Retired NRL great Jai Arrow and his partner Berina have tied the knot in a “special” moment after a difficult year away from the field.
Just two months after the Rabbitohs star announced his medical retirement due to his diagnosis with motor neurone disease, Arrow’s now-wife posted to social media on Tuesday morning to confirm their marriage.

“We did a thing,” she said via Instagram.
“Don’t know how Italy will top this one but we can’t wait to celebrate with all our family and friends.”
The pair were engaged since late-2024. Their daughter Ayla was born last year.
Arrow hung up the boots earlier this year after the devastating MND revelation which rocked the rugby league world to its core.
The 30-year-old has received an outpouring of love and support from the NRL community in the weeks that have followed.
This weekend, South Sydney will throw a birthday party as part of the “Jai July” celebrations to honour the former State of Origin star.
Arrow will also present the Origin shield for Wednesday night’s decider.
The tough Queenslander played 178 first grade games with the Broncos, Titans and Rabbitohs, along with his 12 Origin appearances.
