Charges against Hawthorn star Dylan Moore have been dropped after a night out during an off-season trip to the US landed him and a teammate in an Arizona Jail.
Moore and AFL teammate Connor MacDonald were arrested by Scottsdale police for trespassing after climbing a cherry picker suspended 2.5 metres in the air during a night out on an off-season trip on November 8.

The pair were both charged with third-degree criminal trespass for their antics.
Moore was also arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia after he was searched and a plastic bag with a crystalline substance was found, but that charge was previously dropped.
On Thursday the 26-year-old’s case was officially dismissed.

Moore was required to pay a $300 diversion fee, complete an alcohol screening and take 16 hours of alcohol education.
“Yeah it’s been a tough week but I can’t wait to get back out on the G (MCG) in front of a big crowd and put on a show,” Moore said.
“A tough week but that’s all I can add, sorry mate.”
MacDonald’s sentencing is set for next month.
The AFL and the Hawthorn Football Club have indicated they won’t be further sanctioning the pair.
