The sneak-peek video that The Bold and the Beautiful dropped at the end of Friday’s episode (recapped here) promised that the week of July 13-17 was most definitely going to be a good news, bad news scenario. Let’s start with the good, shall we?
Where There’s ‘Dill,’ There’s a Way
If you, too, have had it with Electra’s tantrums and refusal to understand that there is such a thing as business secrets, you won’t want to miss what’s coming up. Not only are Will and Miss Dylan discussing the possibility of her moving back in, but she’s making it clear that it won’t just be as pals.
“For the record,” she tells Will, “if I did come back, I wouldn’t be living above the garage.” Somehow, this does not cheer Will all the way up. He’s got the lovely and lighthearted Miss Dylan standing in front of him, and still, he’s all mopeypants… for now, anyway. (Watch more of their next interaction here.)
Daphne’s Baby Dreams Are Crushed
Now for the bad news. As you’re well aware, Carter and Daphne have been eager to start a family since even before they tied the knot. Ever since they said “I do,” they’ve been attempting to do just that — to no avail. Shortly, Daphne will learn the reason why.
On a visit to Li’s office, the doc ominously says that she has some disappointing news to share. Will the couple’s relationship be strong enough to withstand the disappointment?

Finn Goes Out On a Limb For Sheila
Finally, let’s talk about the worst of all possible bad news: Finn, off his awkward embrace with Mommie Dearest, suggests to Steffy that she lift her ban on the woman who’s shot them and pretty much everyone they’ve ever known. Steffy is already upset that Sheila paid a visit to Finn, but on top of that, he says, “I think it’s time we considered allowing Sheila into our lives.”
Cue Steffy going ballistic in three, two…
