Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal and director Destin Daniel Cretton gathered in New York City on Friday, July 17, for the official photocall for Columbia Pictures’ Spider-Man: Brand New Day, giving fans a fresh look at the highly anticipated next chapter in the Marvel franchise.
The cast posed together at Edge at Hudson Yards alongside Cretton, with the event marking one of the film’s first major promotional appearances ahead of its theatrical release on July 31, 2026.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day picks up after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, with Peter Parker navigating life in a world that no longer remembers his identity. Peter is now fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man while struggling to watch those closest to him move on without him.
The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, based on the Marvel comic books created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad and Rachel O’Connor serve as producers.
Alongside returning stars Holland, Zendaya and Batalon, the ensemble includes Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando and Mark Ruffalo. Despite months of speculation from Marvel fans, Sink’s character has yet to be officially revealed, leaving one of the film’s biggest questions unanswered ahead of its release.
