Swing Factory has announced plans for Swing Factory Sydney to become a flagship venue in a rapidly expanding national network, with an ambitious new golf entertainment and community recreation destination proposed as a cornerstone of the Riverine Park Masterplan in Arncliffe, Sydney.

Designed to set a new benchmark for off-course golf experiences in Australia, Swing Factory Sydney will combine premium golf practice facilities with family entertainment, hospitality and community recreation in one integrated precinct.

The proposed development will feature:

56 premium driving range bays across two levels, all featuring integrated Toptracer Range technology and adjoining lounge areas

Premium outdoor dining terraces, cabanas and event spaces

An architecturally designed 18-hole mini golf course

Four pickleball and two padel courts

A modern clubhouse incorporating food and beverage facilities

Flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces catering for corporate functions, community events, private celebrations and kids’ parties

Swing Factory Sydney represents the next evolution of the Swing Factory brand and is destined to become the company’s showcase venue, demonstrating the future direction of golf entertainment in Australia.

Since launching its national expansion strategy, Swing Factory has established itself as one of Australia’s fastest-growing golf entertainment businesses, with multiple venues operating, including several under development across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

Swing Factory CEO Erich Weber said the flagship Sydney project represents a major milestone for the company, in securing such an iconic site within the highly anticipated $32 million Riverine Park Masterplan, delivered by Bayside Council. The site also presents an opportunity to deliver something special for the Sydney community, creating a destination that serves avid golfers, recreational seekers, families and the broader community alike.

“Swing Factory Sydney will become our flagship venue within a growing network of Swing Factory venues across Australia. Weber said the project also carries personal significance.

“I grew up in southern Sydney, just a few minutes’ drive from the Riverine Park site, and spent countless hours playing junior golf at Botany Golf Club, where I first fell in love with the game. To now have the opportunity to help deliver a facility of this calibre back into the community that shaped my golfing journey is incredibly rewarding.”

“Our vision is to create a venue that appeals to everyone, from serious golfers looking to improve their game through Toptracer technology, through to families, social groups, corporate events and people simply looking for a great place to play, socialise and spend time together.”

Bayside Mayor Edward McDougall welcomed the news.

“Riverine Park is an incredible sporting and recreational hub in the heart of Bayside. The golf driving range has been in this location since the 1980s and is in need of an update. I am confident this new facility will ensure lasting benefits for golfers, recreational park users, families and the wider community to enjoy.”

The Swing Factory Sydney proposal forms part of Swing Factory’s broader strategy to develop a national network of premium golf entertainment venues that combine technology, golf participation and hospitality to make golf more accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

Subject to final approvals, Swing Factory Sydney is expected to open in late 2028.
