CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The start of basketball season will be here before we know it, with season tickets for North Carolina women’s basketball and the 2026-27 campaign going on sale Wednesday. A slate of 18 home games awaits, with nine non-conference foes and nine Atlantic Coast Conference opponents set to visit Carmichael Arena.

Entering year eight of the Courtney Banghart era in Chapel Hill, Carolina is coming off of back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances for its third in the last five seasons. An experienced core returns with Nyla Brooks coming off of earning a spot on the All-ACC Freshman Team, along with veterans in Reniya Kelly, Ciera Toomey and Laila Hull.

Four new transfers enter the fold, including Achol Akot, Sophie Burrows, Chloe Clardy and Gabby White. Highly touted freshman Noelle Bofia and Kate Harpring are poised for an immediate impact as well.

Carolina opens its home slate on Wednesday, Nov. 11 against NC Central, its first of nine non-conference home games.

Single-game tickets for the 2026-27 campaign will go on sale at a later date.

Times and television designations for all games are to be determined, as well as dates for all ACC contests.
