Ariana Grande’s brother has promised to have her back after her announcement that she will soon step back from the spotlight.
Frankie Grande took to Instagram to share a message supporting his younger sister, sharing how immensely proud he is of everything she’s achieved.

“Family forever. I will have your back until the end of time,” Frankie wrote on Instagram alongside a clip of Ariana singing her hit single One Last Time during the Eternal Sunshine tour.
“I am so proud of you and so happy for you. Last night was a beautiful celebration of your artistry and the magnificent eternal sunshine family you have built and created.
“It was a magical night. You are magical. You are my everything and I am so so happy I was there to see you shine on this tour one last time.”
At the end of the clip, the camera flipped to show Frankie smiling as he watched his sister, with their mum, Joan Grande, resting her head on his shoulder while watching on in awe.
Ariana’s decision to step back from the spotlight came amid fans’ growing concern for her health. But the pop star assured her fan base that the decision had nothing to do with the current discourse online.
Addressing fans at her show following the announcement, she explained that it was not a “reactive” or “impulsive” decision.
“It’s a decision that was made from a thoughtful and empowered place. And I want you to know many things can be true at the same time,” Ariana explained.
“I want to share this because I heard that my fans were worried that negativity was ruining things for me, but I just have to say that could not be more the f–k opposite.

“Honestly, this is not what that is. And I just want to be very, very clear: Multiple things can be true at the same time. Yes, boundaries, they need to be set. Human beings can need a break sometimes. And also, this can be and will continue to be the greatest experience of my professional and creative life.”
Ariana will be taking a break from her public-facing life following the final stop on her Eternal Sunshine tour, scheduled for September 1 in London.
