Aubrey Plaza and her boyfriend Christopher Abbott have reportedly welcomed their first baby together.
In photos obtained by TMZ, the actress, 42, can be seen holding her newborn around New York City after seeing Abbott’s final Broadway performance of Death of a Salesman.

Multiple US outlets have reported the couple welcomed a little girl in the last week of July.
News of Plaza’s pregnancy was reported in April, a year after the death of her husband Jeff Baena.
Plaza and Baena had been separated for four months when the director died by suicide at age 47 in January 2025.
Plaza spoke about her pregnancy for the first time on the SmartLess podcast in April.
“Well, there’s a baby inside of me,” she said before offering a light-hearted update.
“Today was a big day. I went to the doctor’s today, and my dog also went to the doctors,” she noted. “Both of us – my dog’s getting a scan right now. I got a scan earlier. I’m not kidding.”
She shared that she was “excited” about becoming a mother.
“I’ve always wanted to see what that’s all about, you know?” she said. “It just seems so interesting, that whole thing.”

It is not clear when Plaza and Abbott began dating, but the pair have collaborated on projects including 2023-2024 off-Broadway revival of Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, and were co-stars in the 2020 comedy-thriller Black Bear.
Plaza began dating Baena in 2011 and the pair married in May 2021 while quarantining together amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
They were separated for four months before Baena’s death.

In a joint statement with Plaza and the Baena family they described his death as an “unimaginable tragedy”.
“We are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered support. Please respect our privacy during this time.”
