Workers have started using artificial intelligence coaching in the witness box to provide favourable answers in workplace disputes, critically compromising their cases when exposed but with no other penalty.
The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal last week threw out a chef’s racial vilification claim against his boss after it caught him using AI-prepared answers during cross-examination by secretly stashing them on the floor of the witness stand.
