Canva co-founder Cliff Obrecht says the design software giant’s artificial intelligence engineers have ditched remote working and are hunkered down in a shed as they thrash out the problems that caused the delay of its make-or-break artificial intelligence products.
In an appearance at fintech giant Stripe’s ‘Tour’ event alongside that company’s co-founder and president, John Collison, on Wednesday, Obrecht said he was personally sitting with the AI team at a limb of the company’s Surry Hills campus to fix its AI struggles.
