The Butterfly Brawl returns to the iconic Santa Monica Pier on Saturday, August 22 for one of the most unique events in boxing — a stacked fight card under the California sun with all net proceeds benefiting Teen Cancer America.
Brought to you by Fightbook and promoted by Bash Boxing, this year’s card features 15 bouts featuring top prospects from the DMG Boxing, Top Rank, and Golden Boy promotional stables alongside rising contenders and action fights from top to bottom. The main event pits Jalan Walker (16-1-1, 11 KOs) against Nicaraguan veteran Alexander Espinoza (24-9-3) over 10 rounds, while unbeaten knockout artist DeAngelo Evans (15-0, 14 KOs) looks to stay perfect and Tommy Hyde (13-0) puts his undefeated record on the line against Vaughn Williams (13-2).
