Taylor and Gardner welcomed baby Georgia on Friday August 21, news that was publicly announced today.
Outside of being a champion rally and offroad racer, Taylor has been a regular on the Supercars telecast in recent years working as a pit reporter.
Taylor last appeared in the pit lane at the Townsville 500 in July ahead of her expected due date in August.
Upon announcing her pregnancy in April, Taylor noted that she would take a short break from racing, but expects to return to the FIA Extreme H World Cup later this year as she balances being an athlete and a mother.
