The Los Angeles Rams had a hilarious callback on social media after signing Aaron Donald on Sunday.
The Rams referenced the Miami Heat’s accidental YouTube livestream link teasing LeBron James’ signing.
Before James joined the Philadelphia 76ers, the Heat posted a YouTube livestream titled “LeBron James Introductory Press Conference,” which was quickly deleted.
James, of course, didn’t sign with the Heat, and the team explained that the link was a placeholder in the event James did sign with Miami.
The Rams don’t have to worry about jinxing Donald’s return, though, as he signed a one-year, $20 million deal to come out of retirement and join Los Angeles as it looks to win another Super Bowl.
