Melbourne United will be without star import Cole Anthony for the CODE Sports NBL Blitz, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
“[Cole] Anthony experienced a minor calf complaint following practice earlier in the week, and will be managed with the aim of being available for the start of the NBL27 season,” United said via its website.
Anthony was Melbourne’s star signing in the off-season, arriving at the club at the peak of his powers after 355 NBA games.
